The migrants, who walked thousands of miles to the border as part of a caravan, said they now plan to claim political asylum - fearing violence because of their beliefs if they return home.
The courts have an obligation to hear all asylum cases no matter whether people entered the country illegally or not, after President Trump's executive order looking to block the practice was deemed illegal.

Why don’t they just put them in a portable cell, drive it to the wall and hoist it up and over the wall, putting them back into Mexico?
Jail in the US probably offers better accommodations than a Honduran household.
The US in now very similar to a Black Flag Roach Motel. “They check in, but they never check out”.

I noticed the professional videographers/propogandists there at in one of the pictures. They have some expensive equipment with them. They could be the same propagandists who filmed the mother and kids getting tear gassed.
So innocent, so cute, no one would dare abusing them, searching them, separating them from their dads, not with all the cameras rolling.
They can't climb the fence, so they have to be hoisted up and let down on the other side, of course.
