It’s a state responsibility. Most of us don’t have any word in it. I suppose someone in CA could challenge its constitutionality, but I doubt they’d get far.

What the GOP in CA needs to do is assure authenticity checks in some way, as part of the process. Challenging for that could get somewhere.

And, of course, they need to use it to the hilt within the law themselves.

So far they have done neither.

I'm talking about the fraudulently "elected" US representatives from KKKalifornia.

Any laws that their new CONgress passes are null and void.

They've been quacking the same thing about President Trump [see Robert "The Lollipop Guild" Reich's take on this matter].

The malignant dwarf "Third" Reich and his adherents want to EXPUNGE Trump's Presidency. I say we return the favor. Let's show the KKKrats what "Resistance" is all about, the effing amateurs that they are.

Eff those Behars. Let them bring it with their enforcers.
