ANYONE . .. ANYONE who has even remotely been put behind bars due to any FISA surveillance or even the possibility of FISA surveillance will be immediately subject to release. There will be an army of lawyers lined up for every single Gitmo terrorist, every IRA bomber, every drug lord, and most if not all will be on the streets in 48 hours.

This is flat out wrong. FISAs are never used as evidence in criminal court. THe standard to get a FISA is very different than to get a search warrant or regular criminal wiretap, therefore they are inadmissible. You are misinformed from somewhere/someone.

fisa was used to get surveillance going the info was then used to start genuine non fisa surveillance going. a lot of criminal cases may of started with a fisa for political reason but then when the political opponent was seen s vulnerable had the surveillance become regular warrant surveillance with no one ever knowing there was a fisa on them.

With drug dealers, yes you absolutely would have some of them targeted as “terrorists” or “narco-terrorists” by fed authorities. And you can bet if the gubment would use FISAs against a POLITICAL CANDIDATE they wouldn’t blink at using them in other non-national security criminal actions. To believe otherwise would be naive.
