These leftist, low level judges should not be granted such power. One dumb ass can overrule the rule the President?
So (hypothetically) by order of the President, the U.S. goes to war against an enemy...Do those low level judges have the power to stop such a war? The “invaders” actions constitute an act of “war”.
Everyone is screaming Obama judge. Doesn’t matter who appointed him. They are tribalist first and foremost. That’s what most people can’t/won’t get.
