Well, I don’t see much that McConnell can do to Flake at the moment. Flake is wanting the lime-lite and McConnell is being smart by basically ignoring him and refusing to play his game. McConnell will have two years to appoint conservative judges. And, he now has the headcount to not be held hostage by the likes of Murkowski, Collins, Flake, McCain.

As someone posted, take it to the floor directly. The 3rd circuit is on the verge of being flipped pending Paul Matey being confirmed, at the same time challenges to anti-gun legislation are moving through there. But the idiot Flake is holding up confirmation. We could sure use the help now.
