The Congo regions of Africa are experiencing a new break out of this dreaded disease. The African citizens are not very good at keeping infected victims contained. Many have escaped from quarantine. Just like a few years ago. Nothing was learned.

It’s been several months when that first began again. Last I read it’s still not being contained. And you’re right the Africans won’t listen nor do as needed.

These people from S.America don’t appear to be any wiser.... a lot of superstitions in these groups and inability to reason more than they want into the US.
