But I’ll step harder about your term “recognized.”
The term in the Preamble is “ do ordain and establish,” I don’t find recognized.
Ordain and establish....
the Constitution. Just as it says. Then the Bill of Rights, the first ten amendments, were added to the Constitution to preserve God given rights that pre-existed the Constitution.
The second amendment didn’t give you anything you didn’t already have.
