Interesting enough, especially the last sentence.

“On the other hand, courts rule against the Constitutionality of laws passed by government identities.”

It’s not a matter of “the other hand”. It’s the courts enforcing the Constitution which is the supreme law of the land.

I think we’re done here. It seems to me, evidenced by your insistence on countering things I haven’t said, that you’re too focused on the one aspect to see what I’m actually trying to say and that continuing would be an exercise in futility in which I am not interested.

Well, I agree that the landlord is a cad. I just disagree that he is violating the young lady's Constitutional rights. Only the government can do that. Citizens have to untangle such problems in the courts. I hope she can put the screws to him, big time. I think she can also nail her x-roommates.

I'll still stand there right by your side if the chips ever go down. Count on it.
