Abuse in the alcohol realm means a persons goes from drinking booze to drinking more booze. In the drug realm abuse is factored differently in that a person goes from one substance on to other substances where each one is worse than the one before.
I like reading these “my dangerous drug of choice is cool, yours is not” threads. The various arguments are hysterical to read.
