Several have said here “inclination” and “personality”. FRiend it is positively ID’d by seriously excellent genomic mapping— it is genetically triggered. Gene maps have shown the genetic markers in people who are “susceptible” to the chemical triggers of external agents... THC, opium, booze-—. So, what should be done— call these people “patients” and remove them from society— or raise our insurance rates for the destruction caused by these “inclinations”— to families, public transportation etc., and sit idly by while the highly disciplined directed and non-stoned power people control the rest of us with it?
A quick look at the historical relationship between ancient Inca royalty and their cocaine slaves (whom they starved to death, feeding them only cocaina leaves and limerock to chew the leaves and release the cocaine).... comes to mind. Do we join the elite class of taxing “controllers”?
