Not sure if this can be done at a federal level but, why not import the jurors from other states. I was selected for jury duty and then bused to another county for a three day criminal trial. (Accused was found guilty by the way and now doing a long extension of hard time)
I don’t know enough about federal law to offer an opinion about “importing” jurors from other states. I will speculate it has not happened often, and only under unique circumstances, if it did.
The main problem is that most of the career prosecutors in the Department of Justice are also career anti-Trump, anti-Conservative, Democrats.
