PHOENIX A group of Arizona voters is suing Republican Gov. Doug Ducey to try to force him to call a special election to replace their late Sen. John McCain.

“The RATs are pulling out all the stops to get another RAT senator in Arizona.”
MAYBE we can learn something? We just walk away from all of the OBVIOUS voter fraud and say “Ah Shucks”...rather than trying to FIGHT to reform the system.

If Cindy McCain wasn’t going to get the appointment, this was their plan the entire time.
The AZ GOP is up to their eyes in fools and infiltrators.

A Democrat federal judge can rewrite any laws that don’t help the party.
To: jazusamo
Arizona law is straightforward on this.
Though I guess what the law says plain as day doesn’t mean much if we’re talking about a Democrat-appointed judge.

Very likely 🐂💩

The Rats want to get while the getting is good. There is supposedly an investigation into the Maricopa County Recorder and his office. I wonder how many illegals voted once, twice, three times? And how many voters were simply fabricated? There is a lot of corruption behind the election of Ms Sinema.

Right now, I prefer Kyl stay through 2020. The alternatives all seem to be a step backward.

I couldn’t agree more.
Just crazy thinking on my part but I wonder if Flake might be involved in this as a soon to be turncoat Democrat, wouldn’t put anything past that turkey.

And RAT is such an apt description of Dead McButtface in so very many ways.
May his grave be covered in feces for millenia.

Kyle is a good guy and an H of a lot better than McCain and Flake put together.

The 17th Amendment says in part: "When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct."
