Women's life cycles amaze me. Just about the time their looks start to fade their libidos really kick in. It's as if they're designed for lifelong relationships.

I think my wife loves me, we take great care of each other... but she would also be quite content living alone; she just likes her own company.

Beats the needy clingers who would never be happy without the constant attention of a spouse (fits my previous serious girlfriends to a ‘T’); I think we both feel ‘if you aren’t happy with yourself, by yourself, you can’t really be happy with another person; happiness comes from inside. Of course neither of us likes children, so that helps.

I have three degrees. It is not uncommon. I have dual undergraduate degrees, Math and Economics. It is very easy because instead of getting a major and minor you just choose the classes to get the dual. No increase in numbers, just specialization.
I also have a masters in one. She could very well have a PhD in one also. That would be four degrees.
The more important question is what are the degrees in? A PhD in abstract painting would not be as productive as one in Chemistry.

Back in the 70s there was a women who gathered some other women who all worked to open people's minds to the evils of feminism. They fought against the Equal Rights Amendment being passed in Congress. They got lambasted but did prevail and the ERA was finally rejected. That woman was Phyllis Schlafly.
If is had not been for her and her Eagles we would have had to fight the whole LBGTQ crap a lot sooner than we are now fighting it.

Good point. They call it ‘choice’ regarding whether to have kids, but even if they didn’t know then, they sure as hell know now that this ‘choice’ is DESTROYING societies that embrace it by cutting the birthrate so low that simply won’t be any Western societies left in another couple of generations.
And I have yet to hear a single feminist have an issue with that outcome.
True, Mary Tyler Moore was married which is ironic as that show was the beginning of portraying single life as fun.
Protip: if you live in California, and it has become obvious it's not working out, do NOT wait until you've been married 7 years. At that magic point, California law assumes that being associated with a man permanently ruins a woman ability to make her way in the big scary world, and alimony payments NEVER expire until one of you do!

Myself too, with a great wife and great kids, with the boys now looking abroad too! And all the feminist chicks got out of it was some pump-and-dump men in their earlier years.

You really need to step back from time to time & check your ideology. you can’t let it override your common sense.
A lot of good women got hurt by this mindset & the sexual revolution...which is a whole other issue.
