Mueller and the rest of the Deep State in DC are fighting for their livelihoods. In other words, they’re trying to stay out of federal prison. They’ve committed treasonous acts unprecedented in American history that happened long before Trump showed up in 2015 to shake things up, and continue to this day. This is all about self preservation for the Swamp Dwellers. Trump has nothing to hide. These people DO!

On January 10, 2017, BuzzFeed reported the existence of the Trump-Russia dossier (also called the Steele dossier), a series of reports prepared by a private intelligence source in Great Britain. The unverified dossier alleged various connections and collusion between Trump associates and Russia before and during the 2016 presidential election.[11] The next day, January 11, Trump tweeted, "Russia has never tried to use leverage over me. I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH RUSSIA - NO DEALS, NO LOANS, NO NOTHING!" USA Today evaluated that assertion as "not exactly true". At a February 16, 2017 press conference, Trump said, "And I can tell you, speaking for myself, I own nothing in Russia. I have no loans in Russia. I don't have any deals in Russia."

On May 9, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said, "He [Trump] has no business in Russia. He has no connections to Russia."

On May 9, 2017, Trump's tax law firm, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, sent a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee, which said a review of Trump's tax returns for the past 10 years did not find income from Russian sources during that period, save for "a few exceptions". The exceptions were the 2008 sale of a Trump-owned 6.26-acre estate in Palm Beach, Florida, for $95 million to Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, who tore down the 62,000-square-foot mansion shortly after and sold 2.72 acres of the site for $34 million,[19] as well as $12.2 million in payments in connection with holding the Miss Universe pageant in Moscow in 2013, plus a number[quantify] of "immaterial" deals. No independently verifiable evidence was provided, such as tax returns, and it has been noted that even disclosure of tax returns would not necessarily disclose Russian-source income. The letter also said Trump had received undisclosed payments over 10 years from Russians for hotel rooms, rounds of golf, or Trump-licensed products such as wine, ties, or mattresses, which would not have been identified as coming from Russian sources in the tax returns. The letter was a response to earlier requests from Senator Lindsey Graham asking whether there were any such ties.

And Trump has nobody to blame but himself for this continuous crap. Not a damn single indictment to counter this after two freakin’ years. Spare me.

Exactly. Especially all the “Trust Mueller/Trust Sessions/Trust the Plan” ostriches all over this site, who have protected and emboldened the Deep State. Guys like Nunes and Jim Jordan laid the groundwork and pressed Tump to put up a fight, sending actual referrals for prosecution, yet all we’ve seen so far are these whiney Twitter messages as if someone else is the Chief Executive Officer. Chances are his family is being threatened, but he should be fighting back with something besides cheap talk. No real fighters left in this country, apparently.

I wonder what the crime Mueller has on him. This can’t be it.

Hopefully, Trump releases the documents soon to show the Comey/Mueller Russia collusion investigation is built on a house of cards. It will collapse under scrutiny. It was an attempted coup against the President.

MORE than just release it. Come on national TV for an hour... two... whatever it TAKES and go through it step by step by step, providing proof all along the way so the media CANNOT simply say “oh, another Trump lie... move on...”.

Expose the RATS for the traitorous scum they are. Announce indictments for sedition, if not out-and-out treason. Point out that Republicans in Congress, as a whole, have done NOTHING to expose this scandal and EVERYTHING to help bury it. Point out that the Media has done NOTHING to expose this scandal and EVERYTHING to divert attention from it by going after anyone ever associated with Trump, 24/7, year after year.

Trump REALLY needs to end this garbage once and for all, and since it seems like the Deep State simply ISN’T going to allow it to end, it’s up to HIM to do it by actually exposing what they’re doing.

All you guys want is for Trump to fire Mueller which is stupid because Mueller has nothing but if he’s fired then it brings up the whole dumb impeachment process which would waste more of Trump time. Now you may think that the Dems will impeach Trump anyway but i doubt it unless they have something to play up which they don’t have at this moment other than Trump says mean things on twitter. Mueller has nothing other than PR swatting at Trump via the media. It’s a nuisance but nothing Trump can’t overcome

Cohn Lied about the Russia project date it ended. Cohn said January 2016 and Muelldog says it was June 2016. WOW what a Lie and waste of time.

Where are the attorneys for these idiots. When you prep a witness for deposition, you always give basic instructions to the witness in advance. Oftentimes, the attorney will "practice" playing the other attorney to help the witness get experience in how to answer questions. For example: When asked when the negotiations for the hotel project ended, all Cohen had to say was: "To the best of my recollection, it was January 2016." In doing so, you have eliminated the perjury trap. This whole thing with process crimes of lying is so avoidable, I can't believe any of them got trapped.

Trump never denied having any dealings with Russia.

Yes and no.

He did say:

"You know the closest I came to Russia, I bought a house a number of years ago in Palm Beach, Fla.," Trump said. "There was a man who went bankrupt and I bought the house for $40 million and I sold it to a Russian for $100 million including brokerage commissions. So I sold it. So I bought it for 40, I sold it for 100 to a Russian. That was a number of years ago."

And he tweeted:

" "Russia has never tried to use leverage over me. I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH RUSSIA - NO DEALS, NO LOANS, NO NOTHING!"

To be fair the tweet was in January 2017 so by that point he probably didn't have deals going any longer.

Source

I don't think his dealings are a big deal but I'm pretty sure the media will disagree.

Everyone can joke but while running for president, Trump was working on plans to build a Trump Tower in Russia.

A fickle public and a cowardly bunch of republicans makes this more dangerous than people are letting on here.

I don’t think the senate will kick him out over this but he may well be impeached over this because we don’t have the house anymore and there are plenty of cowardly Rs.

I’m all for that if the senate goes insane and acts on it.

I’ll hold my fire until then.

We KNEW the house under dems were gonna go all out for this.

we have FIFTY THREE senators that are Rs.

That makes, what, 19 that would have to defect?!?!

I don’t know if there is a law against discussing building hotels in other countries while you are running for president.

If there’s not, then this is garbage.

Then there WILL be a Civil War.

No, there absolutely will not be one. There are no circumstances that result in that. Zero, short of cutting off entitlements.

All you guys want is for Trump to fire Mueller

That’s not true at all, we just want him to actually counter-punch, instead of constantly taking a legal beating with both hands tied behind his back. This is a perfect example. Cohen was the President’s personal attorney, and the DoJ mafia raided his office, his home, even his safety deposit boxes, in an extraordinarily unprecedented manner.

What did Trump do in reponse? Sent out a couple of tweets that the rule of law was now dead! That was it! Yet no criticism of him was allowed, it’s all part of some master plan, or Cohen doesn’t matter, blah blah blah, while ignoring the obvious shafting that was taking place, and Trump’s (and his die hard supporters) reluctance to do anything about it. So the way things are going, you should expect nothing but more bad news for Trump and the rule of law every day. Objects in motion tend to stay in motion.

Cohen wants to see his wife again before he dies in jail, where someone will kill him. He’ll say anything now.

“The involvement of then-candidate Trump in a proposed Russian skyscraper deal contradicts repeated statements Trump made during the campaign, including telling ABC’s George Stephanopoulos that his business had “no relationship to Russia whatsoever.”

At the time the statement was made he had “ no relationship to Russia whatsoever.”....The deal was dead.

Agree completely. Trump should have a prime time TV address to the nation on the attempted coup. He can select the AG and others like the DOJ IG to present their findings. It should be well-documented and extensive. The facts will speak for themselves. The briefer needs to be articulate and credible.

A prime time TV address is long overdue, but don’t get your hopes up. Here’s what he was quoted saying to the NY Post yesterday:

https://nypost.com/2018/11/28/trump-threatens-to-declassify-devastating-docs-about-democrats/

The president also pushed back on the notion that all the Justice Department documents should eventually be released for the sake of transparency.

“Some things maybe the public shouldn’t see because they are so bad,” Trump said, making clear it wasn’t damaging to him, but to others. “Maybe it’s better that the public not see what’s been going on with this country.”
