Cant they just be put out to the full Senate instead?
To: Kaslin
this is why Republicans loose. to many idiots like this clown. voters get disgusted and will stay home. meanwhile, the Democrat voters will vote for any hack, pervert and-or criminal with a “D” after his name. then factor in promises of free-stuff!, vote-fraud and outright election stealing, the dems are indeed on the way to their permanent majority.

I mentioned this last night on another thread about Flake in that he kind of reminds me of that guy at the office party in the movie “Die Hard” who starts singing like a bird later in the movie to Hans Gruber (Alan Rickman) and nearly screws the whole thing up for John McClane.

Jeff comes from a long line of Flakes.

All McConnell has to do is yank Snow Flake off the committee and replace him with an actual Republican.

What does Muller and the Deep State have on Flake? I am deeply saddened, as an Arizonan, that our state was conned into voting for this Flake, and in keeping the Deep State operative, John McCain, in office for so long.
They have been and Flake is, doing enormous harm to the United States.

Declass the FISA doc. and throw em all in jail.

The person who needs to be on the receiving end of conservative vitriol about Flake's behavior is Mitt Romney.
Let Romney know early and often how much GOP obstruction on Trump judicial appointments are despised by the base.

In some way, Flake needs to be made an object lesson. He will soon be out of office, but he must have business and personal interests that could be targeted. He intends to be nothing but trouble for conservatives in the run up to 2020. If he were completely ruined through exposure of hidden crimes and/or turned into political roadkill, it would serve as an object lesson to other nominal Republicans who might entertain the same ideas.

It seems to me the bill he is demanding is unconstitutional. I sure as hell wouldn’t want there to be someone holding that kind of power who could not be dispatched when it ultimately gets out of hand.

The article omitted one important fact: The Mueller bill is unconstitutional. So sayeth SCOTUS precedent.

What I love is that Flake is providing all the ammo necessary to LOSE all future primary elections for any office he might run for.

Seems to me that the republican leadership is using Flake as an excuse for not doing their job.
To: Kaslin
I cannot stress this enough. Flake is sound EXACTLY what Senate Majority Leader McConnell wants him to do. McConnell is, has been and will continue to be a disaster for conservatives in the Senate and the nations as a whole. He and he alone has presided over the nearly 13 TRILLION dollars of new debt since the Republicans took over the Senate. Our President has very few supporters in the Senate despite the past election. The RINOs (Rockefeller wing of GOP who love the minority status usually enjoyed by GOP) /HateTrump (Jeff Flake types) /NeverTrump (Rubio, Burr types) are his chief antagonists. If they refuse to make permanent the individual tax cuts and repeal Obamacare the how in Gods good name can they be conservatives?
