Well, addressing the *right* to seek asylum is more a matter of the country from which they come.
But they do not have the *right* to enter illegally nor are we obligated to give them asylum if asked for.
Besides, Mexico offered it to them and they turned it down.
That should immediately disqualify them.

I second that. However it does not solve much.
ALL governmental policy’s that are based on Agenda 21, Sustainable Development and which stem from the UN Treaty, Convention on Biological Diversity (never ratified) must be terminated. Also, any policy or governmental action found to stem from any Presidential Executive Order (they are numerous) issued since EO 12582 in 1993 that was enacted to further implement the above mentioned issues. Furthermore, rescind all legislation enacted that is designed to implement any of the above mentioned UN policies or plans such as the 1996 Sustainable Fishing Act.
This is what MUST be done.
