Conservative favorite Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) told FOX and Friends on Tuesday that Congress has only five weeks to pass border wall funding.
Jordan is right! Paul Ryan repeatedly pledged to fund the Trump border wall but was lying to Republican voters. Despite passing record spending bills Ryan refused to include funding for the wall.

If we have to depend on Republicans for building of the wall we might as well depend on Mexico funding the wall.
Republicans are the sickest bunch of jackass. The fools will never get the border wall funding. I have no faith is this bunch that held the Senate and House and did nothing on the wall.
Why not have Mexico pay for it? I thought I heard that someplace...

Bonds have to be repaid. Congress has to authorize all expenditures. If the president issues bonds on his own authority (assuming that can be done), he still must get Congress to authorize repayment.
Trump assured the American people Mexico will pay for the wall. Apparently the check bounced.
It appears Paul Ryan played Trump big time. He should have called Ryan’s bluff done the shutdown to force action by Congress a year ago in a non-election year.
He does need a very hard ass beating, but since he'd kick my old butt, my only recourse is fear for my life.
I remember when Trump got all the money for the armed forces. The talk was that was where the money was going to come from. Now not a word about that.
And what happened to Mexico paying for the wall?
Slap a hefty surcharge on dollars leaving the US and pay for the wall that way.
Trump seems to be "going wobbly" on some of this stuff. Threatening to close the boarder and threatening to shut down the government, big deal. Do it!
Half of what might be his time in office is already gone and we get "tweets" and threats.
The house is gone now.
Anybody still think we're going to see that much promised "reciprocity" law?

Up the Defense budget and use the Army Corp of Engineers to build it.
I think we forget sometimes Trump is POTUS, not dictator...
To accomplish all his promises, he needs cooperation from other branches of government...which is like pulling teeth...if he gets 80 % of what we want, that’s called winning...
