Why South Carolina DOC? That one doesnt fit it seems..
Why such a gathering of military investigatives together with US Marshals, IRS, and DOJ (i dont trust that one)? And as indicated, NO FBI?

Gang activity in the prison ? If so, what gang ? MS-13 or some some Islamic one ? Hard to say. Guess we’ll find out.
