My daughter decided to “go vegan” for about a year. Her husband and kids did not participate other thann eating what she cooked for herself along with their normal foods.
She finally broke because she missed brie cheese and sushi. It did help her lose about 15-20 pounds though. So that’s the good side I suppose.
I knew one who was skin and bones. She’d order pepperoni pizza and toss the pepperoni in the garbage. Way to respect the animal. Never mind the meat juices she was eating. She also like pork ‘n beans and never understood what those white cubes were.
