IOW, let her hang herself with her own (galaxy-class) stupidity. Probably not a bad idea, generally speaking...especially since people like this NEED to be the center of attention, and it kills them to be ignored.

OTOH, letting someone spout off like she has with this particular issue (history - of which most people are woefully ignorant) is to imply that she is correct. In this particular case, she MUST be slapped down.

Of the two arguments you posted, I'd go with the first. If she says something that's factually incorrect and it's tweeted and re-tweeted, it will become apparent that she's wrong. There's a real danger when a genius like Sebastien Gorka goes after this loser: Gorka is so much smarter than so many Dems that they will be embarrassed for her and reflexively side with her.
