“Now yesterday, on one of the Sunday morning programs, Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz — who has sided with the president a lot in terms of legal opinions on Mueller — said he believes the Mueller report, if and when it is produced by the special counsel’s office, would be politically devastating for the president, though he doesn’t expect that it would include any criminal charges,” he continued.
However, Roberts found no back-up for Dershowitz’s claim, he said.
“But other sources suggest that they don’t know what Dershowitz is talking about,” he said.

I think Dersh is giving an honest analysis. Mueller has had Dem lawyers looking at everything, and they have to justify all the money spent. This crew wants to give ammo to Dems for impeachment or more investigations at the very least.
I don’t interpret Dershowitz’s comments as being anything more than a recognition that Mueller’s group is going to make sure to throw shade in the report - politically volatile innuendo, with no actual content.
I agree. To the Democrat leadership in the House, anything and everything in the report will be “devastating”. Nothing criminal, of course, but by the time the Dems and the media get done with it, Trump will be the very spawn of Satan. Important to brace for that, and counter it.
And Alan doesn’t “do” lunch or suck toes.

The Dersh is a lifelong Demwit, and all of his neighbors and his entire circle of friends are Demwits. Demwits just retook the House. His days of responsibly hacksawing the pro-impeachment narrative are now over.

Definitely paid. Some get tons of money. A couple times I’ve heard talking heads mention their contracts.
I like Dershowitz - but it’s hard to believe Trump supporters could be shocked by anything new. The press vomits up hate stuff about Trump everyday, most every hour, and called him every name in the book.

Mueller's "report" will basically be: "We have no real proof, but its clear to this team that Trump probably conspired with Russia to steal the election from poor Hillary".

My take was Dershowitz did not specify which President. Could be Obama - with no charges
