Russia has moral authority?? To invade and threaten their neighbors?
Lets see, they’ve invaded and annexed parts of Georgia and Ukraine, they’ve made overt threats against Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Japan, the USA, and the list goes on.
Russia has devolved into a gangster state that is run by criminals and to say that they have any moral authority is an endorsement of their criminality.

It doesn't matter to Americans who does what on the southern border s of Russia. Let them and the Uks have a real war , let Russia try to get Georgia back in Russia. None of it is a vital US interest. A direct threat to Poland a different matter but still just great power politics. Moralizing and international politics do not go together.

1) Russia did not and has not invaded Ukraine.
2) Ukraine did define everyone living within two areas of Ukraine as terrorists and started bombing and shelling them when they elected governors other than the one Kiev approved of.
3) Both Porkychanker and the head of the Ukraine defense dept. have sworn that they'll blow up the Kerch Strait bridge which means Russia would be foolish not to control the passage of Ukrainian ships anywhere near the bridge and halt by any means necessary any ships that don't obey the rules Russia lays down.
4)
The only people still yelling, "Russian Invasion" are useful idiots for the same scum that bow down to Hillary or are paid shills of theirs. Have a nice day

Just wanted to give you a kudos for your points MeganC :)!
Modern Russia is deeply insecure with itself and has inherited all the typical, irritating Soviet tendencies and fake excuses to cover for their childish mischief.
Poroshenko is a dope, but the Ukrainians at large have proven to be formidable in their resistance to Russia’s onslaught against them.
