The entire Southern border is closed to Mexico. All traffic, vehicular, ship, rail and pedestrian are all closed. Anyone crossing will not be given the benefit of the doubt.

Are these closed:

Otay Mesa, Campo, Calexico, Andrade in California?

And the ones in Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas?
