Must you be so brainwashed Spiridon? Nobody wants another Bush war, but what is up with the Assad love fest you’re promoting?

In the ME, it’s the degree of what level of bastard you are that determines how much hate and loathing you deserve.

Chlorine gas attacks don’t work well outdoors. Required canisters would need to be enormous (e.g., many large barrels) for any noticeable effect on a very small area for a short duration. Germany experimented with chlorine gas pumped from huge tanks upwind from French and Brit soldiers (168 tons of it in one instance) for a short time a long time ago and found it to be inefficient and resource-heavy.

The Brits tried using chlorine gas once by pumping 140 tons of it out of tanks upwind from German soldiers, but the wind changed. So that effort was not successful.

Nerve gas was launched from Iraqi state aircraft against Kurds under Sadaam Hussein and more recently by Assad’s aircraft against Syrian rebels, though. Russians have been preceding Syrian/Iranian attacks against rebel civilians with claims about rebels using chlorine gas.

Syria is not simple, but if you know who was marketing ISIS oil, you pretty much know the game. And if you notice refugees going home after Assad takes a town, again, you know the game. There were a lot of good reasons to want Assad gone, but Obama squandered them by signing on to the plan led by the Turks.

Not only President Bush, but quite a few others said that the WOT might take 30 years or more. That was over 27 years ago. Before he left office, President Bush said something odd once—odd for a president to say anyway. He said that we would hear some things in regards to the WOT from the media that would be untrue.

Syria brokers secret deal to send atomic weapons scientists to Iran

Hmmm. Comment #24 was deleted. Anyway, just before that article was published, Russia voted against telling Syria to get its tens of thousands of troops out of Lebanon. Think about that.

I’ve been watching the situation for over 27 years (from ‘91) and posted hundreds of articles in regards to Iran in the early 2000s. Paid some attention to what happened since ‘79, too, after some prior service but un-American drunks shut down a manufacturing shop.

This is a pro Assad news source, but this one sounds credible.

Interesting link. Thanks.

It is written that Demascus will be made to be uninhabitable.

Read what you want into that.

More likely that artillery hit a chemical site owned and operated by the Russians/Syrians.

There are multi-year multiple cases of Assad using chem weapons over the years.

You can trust the Russians and Putin as far as a flyweight can throw them.

"Might hear some things from the US media that are untrue? Headshake."

At the time, he was referring to the War on Terror and information releases from government offices related to military matters. Off and on since, I've seen many comments from people who believed tactical but untrue releases.

Very little in US media is real any more.

And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. (Mark 13:21-22 [KJV])

Mr. Hussein of Iraq was a two-bit dictator but taking him out completely on a false pretext was doing the bidding of the country where 15 of the 9/11 hijackers came from.

You may have heard of the country by its official name, but I will call it Swampy Arabia.

Those same 15 were affiliated with AQ and Bin Laden, who have also been battling with the Saudis for many years.

"Very little in US media is real any more."

That's because red diaper doper babies (feminists, homo-activists,...)--domestic friends of Russia and communist China--were allowed to take over university administrations, English, social work, psych., communication and other programs--all backed by alumni in global corporations (media sponsors). They've also infiltrated and affected both political parties, as we see. Yeah, Russia's excited and raring to expand again. So is China.

If bipartisan political regulator socialists want a world war with nuclear exchanges sooner, let Russia and China expand to take more real estate and peoples (see World War 1, World War 2). A nuclear exchange won't be an end to a war. It will only be the beginning of a real war involving at least tens of millions on the ground.

And that would be the end of big government spending for a government comprised mostly of civilian interests.
