Well known author is based in DC, but has long written about the Middle East and particularly the KRG region in Iraq.
She is right, we should take this serious.

The Pentagon jumped the shark with the Russia and Iran propaganda a long time ago.
Maybe there is something to the story and maybe there isn’t. From the Gulf of Tonkin to Syrian chemical poisoning, time and time again we find out that at best there is no real proof, or worst a lie.
At this point anything Laurie Mylroie says is taken with a grain of salt.
