Not necessarily true. The Biden rule applied to Marrick because obama could not be reelected due to term limits. Trump is up for reelection in 2020 so the Biden rule doesn’t apply. A new Justice can be considered and seated for the next 5 years assuming Trump gets a second term.
I hope you are correct, but that won’t stop the DNC Media from ignoring that little tidbit.
If that happens, the GOP Senate will fold like a cheap suit.
