NY is a very big STATE with a lot of rural areas. It is NOT one big city. It’s just that the majority of the population lives in the very small city part, and they are friggin’ nuts. But they control everything with their sheer numbers come election day.
Yes, I’m fully aware of the effect of NYC on the state of NY.
I know that small towns in upstate NY is not like NYC. But like you said, NYC voters control the state.
I’d be very unhappy there.
