I never get over the surprise when on FR of all places we find people who only accept their OWN lifestyles or paths to happiness. The amazing, original founding documents upon which our country is based declare that we have Gd given rights to live our own way. Not “your way.”

mendacious nonsense. "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" is in the declaration, not the constitution, and is thus utterly unenforceable.
show me which article of the constitution, or which amendment of the bill of rights, restricts a state from passing a law that prohibits what it, acting in their roles as democratically elected state legislators, has determined to be a dangerous or harmful substances.
