Roberts was always the weak sister. Of course there are ObamaJudges. You can tell them when they rule that every action by Trump is unconstitutional.
They are not really judges. They are political hacks wearing robes and they know they have the power to delay every act of the President. And so they do. They are ObamaJudges.

The fact Roberts can’t see that almost implies he agrees with the law making role the 9th circuit takes on. Which means he may very well side with illegal immigrants if when it gets to the Supreme Court.
