You are probably correct, but the follow on question is what do they have on him that he won't force what he has ordered and threatened more than once.

I think he very well may do so. But despite the Dems taking the House and the Senate a black hole under Burr I think Trump has one more move to pursue the authors of the coup from HRC on down. He has the power to create a Presidential Commission to investigate the coup by directing the Commission to focus on corruption within the DOJ/FBI that Nunes has uncovered. However I become increasingly convinced each day that he is saving this scandal to use in his re-election campaign in 2020.
