Whoever Roberts’ “handler” is gave Roberts instructions to put out this statement. Undoubtedly it was the same handler that ordered Roberts to make his last minute opinion change on the Affordable Care Act.
True. And Roberts will stay in his position until a patriot with knowledge, position, and power exposes what they have on him. Some have speculated it has to do with the adoption details of his children. Whatever it is, I pray someone who can, exposes it so he can step down and be replaced, the sooner the better. I think he and his handlers concocted this comment DELIBERATELY to generate an EXCUSE for him to recuse himself from this case when it comes before SCOTUS, virtually assuring a 4 - 4 decision which would let stand t h e 9th circuit’s opinion!!!
