President Trump fired back at Chief Justice John Roberts on Wednesday after the leader of the Supreme Court rebuked the president over his criticism of "Obama judges."
"Sorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have “Obama judges,” and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country," the president tweeted Wednesday afternoon.
Trump's tweet came after Roberts released an unprecedented statement criticizing the president earlier Wednesday, saying the U.S. doesn't have "Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges.”
“What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them,” Roberts said in the statement.
The 9th Circuit court, located in California, is known for frequently blocking policy initiatives on immigration and national security from the Trump administration, and most recently issued a temporary stay on a joint rule from the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security prohibiting asylum claims from some migrants who cross the border illegally.
"It would be great if the 9th Circuit was indeed an “independent judiciary,” Trump added.

Kavanaugh is tight with Roberts and was the one who suggested Obamacare might be considered a tax, which is disconcerting. Roberts may be mental, but he is now the swing vote. I wouldn't try to tick him off.

we don’t live in a perfect world...there are Judges that make law (Obama judges) and there are judges that interpret the law (conservative judges). He knows there is a difference

In a perverse way, I’d sooner we had the opportunity to replace Roberts than Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg. We know without doubt that she’s just an old Capo Marxist, but Roberts position on “The Right” in the Court is simply a fabrication not based on fact. Besides, Ginsberg is just about out of days, whereas if Roberts were to “leave us” right now, it would be an unusual occurrence. If you pray, you should be praying for acts that are helpful to the cause of freedom. I get really chapped when I read this drivel here when some worthless POS, like John McCain, we all hated dies, and we get the old “bless him” crap. You don’t offer consolation to those who have spent their lives trying to ruin yours.

Robert’s statement is an outright lie and everyone knows both that it is a lie and that The Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court is knowingly and willfully lying to the American people

Chief Justice John Roberts is responsible for the FISA Courts. He should have investigators looking into the 4 phony, ginned up FISA warrants used to spy on Trump and his campaign.
