If POTUS had charged Roberts with thecrimes in the ObamaCare matter, this would not be happening. Same as charging Meuller with the Uranium theft/conspiracy. Meuller would have been gone a few years ago. Everyone Trump has given a free pass will come back to bite him in the Ass!

I don’t think you can charge someone with a crime for not voting the way you would like in a Supreme Court decision.
Congress could impeach him, but that’s never going to happen.
