Black robed tyrants.
There were no judges impeached during Ryan’s tenure, there surely won’t be any judges impeached during Pelosi’s term.
We are one black flag event from this divide going hot.

He ruled-legislated against the Michigan ban on rump-ranger marriage in 2014, proving that his journey to the Left Side was complete.
Dude is 75 years old. He’s probably senile.
Yep he is just saying that the federal gov should not have made it illegal.
He is also saying that the castration of federal judges would also not be a federal crime.
Well the enumerated power clause of the 10th amendment does yet is seems to only apply to genital mutilation. It seems everything else in the country is subject to federal regulation just not that.
Wasn’t the judge who cleared the doctors a federal judge? Whether Michigan wants it in the federal judicial system, a federal judge has decided it was his decision to make.
Arguing about state this and fed that at this point is moot.
This needs to go to SCOTUS.
If female mutilation can’t be outlawed, then how can gay conversion therapy be outlawed?
Another black-robed jackass rules.
So, female genital mutilation is now “constitutional” in the U.S. Good to know. Judgey Wudgey be channeling da Foundin’ Fathers again.
Is there a Michigan state law against FGM and if not why not?
This answers my question about Michigan. Why didn’t they pass this law a decade ago? This abomination was totally foreseeable.

But look at what is happening in American society.
And I say: "Why would God want to bless America?"
It is a national law and a federal judge ruled that Congress passed an unconstitutional law. Whatever. Appeal.
The judge was 100% correct in his decision.
Congress relied on a tortured twisting of the Commerce clause to draft the law and it was rightly struck down.
It’s a criminal assault and should be handled by the state courts anyway. BTW, the Michigan state law is actually harsher than the Fed’s (10yrs vs 15yrs).
But Nuns and contraception, or Bakers and cakes...
There is now. But there was not at the time of this arrest.
How many other states don’t have laws against it? Was it 26?
