Resources without conflicts ...move the (Young military aged men out), throw in enough women and children for optics to deceive, til there's fewer that can take up arms. Sufficient for UN to go in to keep the peace.....then companies can go in to tap the resources.

This is exactly what China's doing in Africa after Euorpeans took in the boatloads of Africans....like a parasite China then jumped on to reap the reward of going after the resources. Europeans were too stupid to see thier work wasn't ever about saving lives....while China waited on the sidelines ready to leap.
