When the Ferguson riots happened, a station out of Kansas City showed a suspect.

The suspect was black. His kidnapping/rape victim, white (and missing).
Her body was found roughly 30 days after she went missing. Significantly decomposed, of course.
They found him on a beach. Probably going to Mexico.
