The Holocaust has roots going back to the French Revolution, the elevation of administrative law over common laws, to dechristianization, and “assimilated” Jews, had they had the wisdom, should have understood what the later Dreyfus Affair really meant when the secular society that many loved next got the itch to turn against those they deemed the other.
Has the lesson been learned? Not really as we see many fully assimilated Jews in this country still all in for the secular State of Administrative laws who’s laws are merely political and whose freedoms merely what the all powerful State has thus far let lay fallow and not decided to forbid, steal and rent back as licenses or else tightly regulate.
