Correct. As authorized by the “Necessary And Proper” clause, whose interpretation is now backed by almost two centuries of SCOTUS precedent. To overturn it would demolish the socialists’ sacred cow, the modern administrative state, which depends on Congress’ ability to use a statute to delegate Congress’ Constitutional authority to Executive Branch agencies.
Exactly. Those who choose the Whitaker appointment, as opposed to the War Powers Act or a hundred other Congressional delegations of powers, to harp on are simply Deep State stooges.
“demolish the socialists sacred cow, the modern administrative state, which depends on Congress ability to use a statute to delegate Congress Constitutional authority to Executive Branch agencies.”
You’re on target. Congress has surrendered its constitutional duties to make law and given that authority to unelected, unaccountable fascist bureaucrats. Anytime you have bureaucrats writing law, you have a dictatorship. That’s how both Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany operated. It’s time to end this dictatorship.
