Inept? Or just oblivious to any wrongdoing. They feel stealing and cheating is fine because they are correct thinking socialists who must win and are entitled to cheat

So fishy. If voters are unable to convey who they are voting for their vote should not count. Simple. That whole bunch should booted out and someone with discipline, organization and the ability to train and lead workers should be put in charge. There is NO excuse for that fiasco.
Election fraud should be termed treason subject to summary execution upon discovery.

Absolutely correct. These people are far from incompetent and inept. They are very skilled at election fraud. They just want you to think they are incompetent because it’s easier to get away with stealing the election that way.
The people who write these articles are likely Democrats in on the scheme.

“Chain of Custody” and “organized paperwork” are not advanced concepts. Not everyone has an interest in such things — but people who do this for a living SHOULD have a natural tendency to be scrupulous about the details. If you’re a methodical person, you don’t suddenly find yourself counting “the wrong ballots”.
In short: If you do this for a living, and you botch it so flagrantly, then you’re a crook trying to pull a fast one. No other excuse.
I’m sorry. How hard can it be to count ballots? Even if no fraud is involved (and I’m not sure that there isn’t) this level of incompetence rises to criminal negligence. Good grief, we are a first-world nation and we can’t count votes?

It seems the chattering class just can not bring themselves to mention fraud, corruption, etc.
Reminds me of the “ll million illegal immigration” meme that all of them repeat like they are looking at a shining swinging pendulum and are in deep hypnosis.
