The children are taking over the school.
The inmates are taking over the prison.
The loonies are taking over the mental hospital.
The unrepentant are taling over the church.
The unAmerican are taking over America.
All as good men idly watch.
Those good men are constrained by laws and common decency. But there are bounds to those laws and decency:
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
At some point those good men will act.
