Unless we reduce significantly the current cap of 1.1 million legal permanent immigrants annually and change the rules on birthright citizenship that confers citizenship on 300,000 anchor babies every year, it is over.

So, realistically, how are we going to do THAT with the democrats controlling the House and Trump's immigration executive orders being batted away by every federal judge and his brother?

1. Executive Orders. And when federal judges rule against EO’s, insist on full evidentiary hearings on the merits, build a solid records to take on appeal, and them count on R majority on Supreme Court to recognize Presidential power over immigration.

2. Build the wall (or parts of it) tbrough military budget; skirt lack of Congressional approval. Congress already passed a law to build it years ago.

3. EO to temporarily cease all immigration if need be.

Of course next president could flush the EO’s, but God willing MIke Pence would continue on for another 8.
