Kind of ironic - they can't weather the storm, have no developed enough infrastructure to properly serve their customers, and now will get to super-gouge the customers they have ill-served for so long....go Kalifornia!!!
With the strong Dem majority in Kalifornia, she may finally self-destruct....

The entire management of the utility should be canned with no golden parachutes...and every worker should take a 20% pay cut until whatever they have to pay out is made up by their lost salary. Simple.

The Utilities have major sway in California which could have been leveraged into improved forest management.
Instead the people will pay dearly and nothing will change.
