My company designed a special machine for in the 70’s for CA, that was cheaper and better than those in the video's. It was designed to cut the underbrush beneath the trees and had a circular cutting wheel. It was requested by the CA forest service, but after I demo’ed the enviros said oh no what about the rats, squirrels and musk rats???? So they said no thanks
