Quite right-— this is a false legal gambit designed in Cloward-Piven fashion to use up judicial financial resources on stupid arguments and contrived reality. All to try to get the judiciary to write laws which the People and the Legislature of any State would NEVER approve. Judicial FIAT law to create a contrived result in the individual voter’s right to vote. A reversal of 50 years of voter’s rights which were fought for blacks and other minorities- so that they can steal power the People would never give them.
It’s “their” Democracy ruled by Judges, not the People— and so more “pure” and thus... pure Tyranny. They keep going this way and it will result in informal removal from power.... by other means. But first, let’s fund stopping them within the corrupt system. Deo Vindice.
