Although the White House briefings often descend into farce with the opposition media, I still don’t like the idea that clown propagandist Acosta would have caused the White House to make any changes at all. If they get rid of the current briefings, it should be at some other time and have nothing to do with the prima donna from CNN. Changing how the press is briefed may be a great idea, but Acosta would love and play up being so influential if he’s the cause.
There is a simple solution without giving Acosta a victory: keep fighting this case as far as they can, while totally ignoring the bully, even if they are currently forced to accept his presence. They can easy treat him as if he isn’t present. He should never be anywhere near a mic again in the White House while Trump is president. (Of course, if CNN had any ethics, objectivity, or professionality, he would have been fired long ago, but that’s a different issue.)
