There is nothing in the Constitution that says the WH has to give anyone a Press Pass or provide any press briefings. In fact I don't believe, until the advent of the modern Presidency starting with Teddy Roosevelt, the WH had any formal Press accommodations at all.
There are a lot of news outlets out there that have no WH access or Press Credentials, yet this judge seems to think one reporter for CNN is entitled to be at the WH Press pool over others.
Trump needs to appeal this to the USSC and get a definitive ruling.
Trump needs to ignore this and let them appeal. Letting these comic judges assume these powers is what got us here. They do not have the powers they have assumed except by Presidents knuckling under and accepting their orders as lawful, they aren't, at least not yet.
