A federal judge on Friday granted CNN's request for a court order that would temporarily reinstate network correspondent Jim Acosta's White House press pass, which had been suspended indefinitely in the wake of a fiery exchange between the reporter and President Donald Trump a week earlier.
The ruling from Judge Timothy Kelly, who was appointed by Trump, was a first victory for CNN in the ongoing case.
CNN's lawsuit, announced Tuesday, argues that Acosta's constitutional rights had been violated by Trump and five other members of his administration, as well as by the U.S. Secret Service. The other defendants include chief of staff John Kelly, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, deputy chief of staff Bill Shine and Secret Service Director Randolph Alles.

Tell the judge to go F himself. Getting sick and tired if these unelected judges trying to be more powerful than the President. Trump should ignore the order!
Remove this judge. He doesn’t even have a basic understanding of the Constitution.
Acosta gets up and screams “questions” and his unsolicited comments anyway. He is a thug.
So it’s cool if I go to Timmy’s “courtroom” and start shouting invectives at him on camera, and fight with his bailiffs?
Lemme know when he’s cool with that.
Because he was denied “due process”.
Thank you, Your Honor. Thanks to you the next nutjob who goes over the fence cannot be removed until after he gets his due process hearing.
“Hey JimBo, and here’s your seat.back of the room, last row...across from the mens room...eff’ him
But he does NOT have to be called on for a question.
And one more point on this subject:
If this ruling stands, and it won’t, Jim Rob is due his press pass, and access to the White House.
And I have access to CNN in Atlanta now.

Obama Kicks out reporter for asking questions Other Reporters cheer
No more briefings until Jimmy’s pass is taken away again.
The Judge said the White House had violated Acosta’s due process.
The WH should notify him that they are reviewing his actions toward the intern then notify him why he is not getting his pass back.
First time someone screams, give them one warning. Second time, they get escorted out by a young female intern. When, and there will be a when, he lays a hand on her to resist - bam! He’s so very easy to set up for a major arrest charge.
“Trump should invite Alex Jones.”
:) :) I love it! :) :)
JimRed:
I agree, in substance, not form, President Trump pulling Acosta’s pass and thus pressuring them to send another reporter makes Trump implicitly the CEO of CNN, a private Company. CNN, rather I like them or not, is a US Company and it is up to there Management to select who is the Whitehouse beat reporter. Not President Trump, who I voted for. Now once Acosta returns, Trump is not required to give him an opportunity to ask a question. Freeze him out, that is Trump’s prerogative. I would not want a Democrat president implicitly dictating what reporter Fox sends to the White House briefing.
I would not want a Democrat president implicitly dictating what reporter Fox sends to the White House briefing.
He didn’t have to. The was an incident and the Democrat presstitutes brow beat the Fox guy for the Obama admin.
What upside-down universal Hell have we awakened in?
My thoughts exactly. These briefings are a courtesy, not right. Shut it down. The prestitutues are only going to lie anyway.
Perhaps that intern he assaulted or even Sarah Sanders can file a restraining order on him. Then he can’t go to The White House.
Facebook and Twitter are not government agencies. The 1st Amendment doesn't apply to them.
This ruling is wrong though. He not only has no 1st amendment right to a pass, he has no due process rights involved either. Passes are entirely discretionary, like security clearances. Not every reporter gets one.
There aren't many things I would say this about, but this is one of those rare cases where I'd say the President should tell the court to piss off.
