The Democratic Quagmire: If a woman hits you and you don’t hit back, then you are saying that women are not equal to men.
I with my crews responded to domestic violence calls on many occasions. So here is the reality. Many times the woman was definitely the aggressive party. But even when the man didn’t lay a finger on the woman; and even when witnesses came forward and said she was beating him and he did nothing, the man was typically still the one who was arrested and took a ride in the back of the police car.
The only exceptions were when the woman was just plain bat sh@t crazy and a danger to themselves and the kids or aggressive toward us or the police. This was basically police policy, the object was to separate the people fighting not determine who was responsible. The judges knew this and that is why most men got off if the woman had no visible injuries.
But this woman had the crap beat out of her. If Avenatti doesn’t do some time it will be strictly because of politics.
