I imagine having a chromosome check for Xs and Ys would be of help in clearing up confusion on what’s what - or who’s what, no?
There was a time when such checks couldn’t be made so when you had the these rare cases back in the day and you had cases where someone could actually be “a woman trapped in the body of a man” (and vice versa). The doctors just had go by their best guess.
I’m sorry, I was very unclear. I was thinking of bathroom, expected clothing choices etc. These people have massive mental illnesses and need to be treated carefully I would think.
As Christians, if someone comes to the church who is clearly suffering and wants sincerely wants help through Christ, we’re duty bound to give it, but the question is how?
