isn’t there an automatic 2nd recount, by hand, now required?

This is my area of real concern as it is almost a certainty for the Florida-wide State Agriculture Commissioner Office. The Democrat's legal team will be doing a full-court press to add these other races (US Senate & FL Governor) to the hand recount as 'the look for one race can be easily extended to three at little cost'. That gives them the hope for the relaxed standards they are asking for and the 'right' to interpret the voter's 'intent'!

I fear the ugly and there are a lot of compliant Federal Judges after 8 years of Obama.

The machine recount decides whether there will be a hand recount. We do not have those numbers yet to even determine if a hand recount would happen, which isespecially important because since Palm Beach did not meet the machine recount deadline— and they must, as a result by law, report the midnight Election Night report numbers (inclusive at that point of absentee ballots counted as votes). By law, the count for Palm Beach reverts to that number. And thus... unlikely (even with Broward’s screw ups) a % difference close enough to require (again by law) a hand recount in the Senator vote. Or even in the Agriculture Secretary (keeper of the Concealed Carry licensure Division).
